Nordic network of documentation centres for language technologyThe Nordic network of documentation centres for language technology is a collaboration between documentation centres in Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Finland. The aim of these centres is to ensure that future and, as far as possible, existing research results, corpora, tools etc. in the field of language technology, are available and re-usable. Research results will be made as widely available as possible at both the national and international level. In Denmark the documentation centre for language technology research (DanDokCenter) is hosted by the Centre for Language Technology (CST) which is also the co-ordinator of NorDoknet. The documentation centres are one of the actitivities funded by the Nordic language technology research programme which is a 5 year research programme initiated by the Nordic Council of Ministers. A programme committee appointed by the council of ministers has overall responsibility for the programme which is administered by the Nordic Academy for Advanced Study (NordForsk). The Network's contact person is Hanne
Fersøe, deputy manager at the Centre for Language
Technology.
