DHN 2019 Conference

Important dates

• 13 August 2018: first call for proposals
• 30 September 2018: deadline for submitting workshop/tutorial proposals - deadline passed
• 15 October 2018: acceptance of workshop/tutorials
• 21 October 2018: deadline for submitting papers and abstracts
• 31 October 2018: Extended deadline for submitting papers and abstracts
• 9 January 2019: paper acceptance notification.
• 10 February 2019: submission of final version of accepted papers taking into account the comments made by the reviewers.

Submissions

Here you can find the requirements for the conference proceedings and the book of abstracts.

Requirements for camera-ready version of the papers (conference proceedings):

• All papers must have between 5 and 16 pages including references.
• Apart from the length of the paper, you must follow the remaining submission guidelines from LNCS, available in the following website.
• We recommend to use available templates. There are templates for MS Word and LaTeX.
• You must upload the paper in PDF format by February 10.

Requirements for camera-ready version of abstracts (book of abstracts):

• All abstracts must have between 2 and 4 pages including references.
• All abstracts must be in MS Word format, following the LNCS template, available in this link.
• The last version of the manuscript has to be uploaded by February 10.

Any paper that does not follow these requirements will not be published in the conference proceedings or the book of abstracts. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the organizers.
