Welcome reception:

The City of Copenhagen invites you for a welcome reception in the City Hall[1], Wednesday 6 March 18:30-20:30.

The participation in the reception is free of charge, but you need to register so that we know how many will be participating. (And if you do not show up, there will be a no-show fee payable to the City Hall).

Conference dinner:

The conference dinner is organised 7 March at 20:00. The dinner will take place at Bistro-de-Luxe[2].

There is a moderate fee for the dinner. You sign up for the dinner during registration. There will be a limit to the number of participants, but we hope to be able to accommodate everyone.
